Scott Everett

Scott brings deep legal and operational knowledge to the table, overseeing title expansion and strategic partnerships.

Julie Mardis

Accounting Manager | Real Estate Closer

Julie is detail oriented with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She brings over two decades of accounting, reconciliation and closing experience to Loyalty Title. During real estate closings, she is dedicated to exceeding the expectations of clients by ensuring a positive and memorable experience from start to finish. She specializes in assisting signers navigate through the often paperwork-intensive process with confidence and ease.

  • Experienced Escrow Officer who focuses on ordering title searches, payoffs, preparing settlement statements, issuing disbursements, and reconciling bank accounts
  • As a closer, she has personally completed over 12,500 real estate signings, including purchases, refinances, commercial loans, and reverse mortgages
  • Dual-commissioned Notary Public in Ohio and Kentucky since 2009
  • Authorized to perform remote online notarization (RON)
  • Conducted closings in California from 2004 to 2009
  • Background screened annually by the National Notary Association

Melinda K. Deaton

Commercial Title Operations Manager

Commercial Title Services focus for 5 plus years. As an experienced Escrow Agent, Melinda reviews and performs title exams (Ohio and Kentucky), orders title searches, prepares and reviews title commitments, title reports, and title policies. Along with settlement statement and closing documents preparation, highlights of her position include conducting daily real estate closings followed by funding/disbursing the closings. Notary Public in the State of Ohio and Kentucky.

  • Corporate/Transactional Paralegal (3 ½ years);
  • Foreclosure/Collections Paralegal (10 ½ years)
